Yes. A house is priced like a villa, by bedrooms.
5 photos: 3 outside (the front with the lights on, the pool and the house together, the pool from the terrace or sala) and 2 inside (the living room open to the lit pool, the main bedroom with the lamps on). If the villa faces west, a sunset photo comes too.
We photograph each room as it is, so get it the way you want guests to see it: beds made, every light working, personal things put away, cars out of the drive, the pool clean. We send a short checklist the day before.
If it's raining on the day, cancel or move the shoot for free. If it's only cloudy, we go ahead and replace the grey sky in up to 5 photos you choose, at no cost. If rain or a grey sky spoils the dusk photos, we come back another evening for free, or take the dusk fee off.
