Hotel rooms are priced per room type. A standard room counts as 1 bedroom.
What changes the price
- Bedrooms. More rooms mean more photos and more time on site: a studio condo is 20 photos in about 1.5 hours, a 7-bedroom villa 65 photos in about 5.
- What we shoot. A condo is the unit and its balcony. A villa is inside, outside and the pool. A hotel room type is the room, its bathroom and the balcony.
- Dusk photos: +฿2,900 for 5 at a villa. At a condo, the living room twice and every bedroom once: +฿1,900 for 3 (studio or 1 bedroom), +฿2,400 for 4 (2 bedrooms), +฿2,900 for 5 (3 bedrooms). Hotel rooms have none.
- Drone photos: +฿3,900 for 8 aerials of a villa by a licensed pilot.
- Photos for social media: 30, 60 or 90 close-ups, +฿3,900 to +฿5,900 with a listing shoot, ฿6,900 to ฿8,900 on their own.
- Object removal (wires, poles, signs, clutter): quoted per job.
Three examples
- A 1-bedroom condo with dusk photos: ฿8,900 + ฿1,900 = ฿10,800.
- A 3-bedroom villa with drone and dusk photos: ฿14,900 + ฿3,900 + ฿2,900 = ฿21,700.
- A hotel with three standard room types and a 2-bedroom suite: 3 × ฿9,900 + ฿10,900 = ฿40,600.
In every price
- The edit: balanced light from several exposures, and smooth beds.
- A folder for each room, full size and a small size under 4 MB for Agoda.
- Photos within 3 days.
- Use by the owner, the manager and agents, on every platform.
- A cloudy sky replaced free in up to 5 photos you choose.
- Nothing added after the shoot.
How you pay
50% books the date, and the rest is paid when your photos are ready, before you download them. The deposit isn't refunded if you cancel, but you can move the date. If it's raining on the day, cancel or move it free.
