Before you book
How much does villa photography cost in Phuket?
A villa is ฿12,900 for 1–2 bedrooms, ฿14,900 for 3, ฿16,900 for 4, ฿18,900 for 5, ฿20,900 for 6 and ฿22,900 for 7. A condo is ฿7,900 for a studio, up to ฿11,900 for 3 bedrooms. Dusk photos are ฿2,900 more for a villa and ฿1,900 for a condo.
How fast do I get the photos?
Within 3 days of the shoot, in a gallery you can see straight away and download once the balance is paid.
How do I pay?
50% to book the date, and the rest when your photos are ready, before you download them. The deposit isn't refunded if you cancel, but you can move the date.
What if it rains?
If it's raining on the day, cancel or move the shoot for free. If it's only cloudy, we go ahead and replace the grey sky in up to 5 photos you choose, at no cost.
Can you remove things from the photos?
Yes. Balanced light and smooth beds are part of every edit. Taking things out, such as wires, poles, signs or clutter, is extra and quoted per job.
What do I need to prepare?
We photograph each room as it is, so get it the way you want guests to see it: beds made, every light working, personal things put away, cars out of the drive, the pool clean. We send a short checklist the day before.
Do you shoot small hotels?
Yes. Each room type is ฿3,900 for 6–8 photos, and each common area such as the pool, the lobby or the outside is ฿3,900 too.
Can my manager and agents use the photos?
Yes. The owner, the manager and agents can use them for that property on every platform, for as long as they market it.
Do you fly drones?
Yes, with a licensed pilot. Eight aerial photos are ฿3,900 more.
