Before you book
What size should Airbnb photos be?
Airbnb asks for at least 1024 × 683 pixels and Booking.com for at least 2048 × 1080. Agoda takes photos up to 4 MB each. You get every photo full size and as a copy under 4 MB.
How many photos does a listing need?
Airbnb needs at least 5 to start, and one for every room in its photo tour. Booking.com asks for at least 10, with at least 4 of each room or unit. Agoda needs photos of the property and of each room type. We shoot 20 to 65, by size.
Which photo should be the cover?
Airbnb shows your first five photos big, and the first one in search results. Lead with what guests book you for: the pool, the view or the living room.
Do professional photos get more bookings?
In a study published in Management Science in 2022, Airbnb listings with professional photos had 9% higher occupancy.
Can my manager and agents use the photos?
Yes. The owner, the manager and agents can use them for that property on every platform, for as long as they market it.
How fast do I get the photos?
Within 3 days of the shoot, in a gallery you can see straight away and download once the balance is paid.
