No. A condo shoot is the unit and its balcony, not the building's pool, gym or lobby.
The living room twice and every bedroom once, with the lamps on and the view at blue hour; a studio gets the room twice and the balcony. If the best view is from the balcony, one living-room photo becomes the balcony. If rain or a grey sky spoils the dusk, we come back another evening for free, or take the dusk fee off.
About 1.5 hours for a studio or 1 bedroom, 2 hours for 2 bedrooms and 2.5 for 3.
Yes. The owner, the manager and agents can use them for that unit on every platform, for as long as they market it.
We photograph each room as it is, so get it the way you want guests to see it: beds made, every light working, personal things put away. We send a short checklist the day before.
50% to book the date, and the rest when your photos are ready, before you download them. The deposit isn't refunded if you cancel, but you can move the date.
